yes, all this good economic news is convincing me to stay in my house.
Aaaarggghhhh! The mortgage industry is making me so angry right now! It is killing me that they aren't lowering rates even though the Fed has!! If we would have closed on our house a couple of months ago, our interest rate would have been almost a point lower! So dang frustrating!

That's a funny and true comic strip! I'm working as a substitute teacher right now, so I go to many schools and teach all sorts of grade levels. I'm glad you were able to see Enchanted! Good buy!

Mortgages...*shiver*. That is WAY too much responsibility for me to deal with. Yikes!
Funny but true. I keep saying I am going to get out of the mortgage industry. And then I don't. It has been 11 years now and this the worst that I have seen it.
The only perk is having a great rate because I am an employee!
It takes all that to build a house too... pthft!
