The above made me smile -- I know that has to be how Heavenly Father feels about me sometimes -- He just wants to box my ears and make me listen. And this weekend is my big chance to do just that.
I'm excited that we get to experience General Conference again. It's a unique feeling, knowing that so many people who share my beliefs and values will be gathering, literally all over the world, to hear the words of our living prophet.
I'm grateful for the chance to find some great insights, some thoughts that I know I will feel are just for me, and for the chance to slow down and really feel the spirit.

Yep, I'm excited for conference, too! I just wish that Josh didn't have to work today...I'll be watching alone, but no distractions, I guess. Hey, I don't know if you have Time Warner or not, but if you do, do you happen to know what channel it will be on?

Yes conference is so special. It is a literal feast. I look forward to it so much and today was a great day! Oh my... wasn't Uchtdorf's talk amazing, That one spoke to me and I thought very timely given the circumstances in the world today. One of my favorite "faith" quotes is - "Faith, is being SURE of the things HOPED for." Have a super weekend! I know we will!
