"Allow children to be happy in their own way, for what better way will they find?" ~Samuel Johnson
We now get more Sunday time with the kiddoes because of our [fabulous] new church schedule. We go from 9-12, then have choir practice, come home for lunch and a change of clothes, and then we get to have Maya and Mason here to play in the afternoon.
I was fascinated [but not surprised, because kids traditionally prefer an old cardboard box over just about anything else] to watch them having fun with not the big blocks that we store in this tub, but the tub itself.
Kids are the smartest. Ever.

Your grandkids are really growing up -- They are so cute. These pictures reminded me of my grandkids...
Two years ago we had a lot of snow in our backyard, so we made a sledding hill for them. Then we used a laundry basket for the "sled." It worked like a charm and they still talk about it!
How fun!
Our church schedule is the same. It's hard to get the kids ready in time, but I love having the rest of the day to enjoy my family.
Mason's smile is so contagious! What cute kiddos they are.
Lucky you live so close to your grandbabies. That is one reason why I'd move close to home--so my kids could know their grandparents.
such cute grandkids. I am so jealous of your schedule, we just started the dreaded 1-4- lol
I love it! I unpacked all of their toys the other day and what did they play with? The boxes and packing paper. Oh well.
they LOVE their time with grandma & grandpa, for sure!
