This is the truth! As I look back (which is easier to do all the time, because there is more and more to look back on!) I wish I had enjoyed every phase of life more, even when it was a hard, frustrating phase.
I think that's the key - -to enjoy where you are while you're there. Like Mason says, "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit!". Just love it while you're in it.
I'm so loving the grandma phase I'm in right now.

Mason really says that? Did he come up with it all on his own?? CUTE!
Sometimes I feel that I enjoy the phase that I'm in too much. (My house suffers for it). LOL!
Is it possible to enjoy it too much. I have the rest of my life to have a clean house, right? Like when the kids are grown. I just gotta remember that. Thanks for your words of wisdom.

Love this!! We all need to remember to enjoy life...thanks for the reminder! You are awesome! :)
I love Mason's saying. I say that to my students all the time! :)
I needed this reminder today...or this week. Just been one of those weeks!
Amen! Each phase of life has its positives! I love the grandma phase too!
We say that in our house, too. Such a cutie. :)
You are so right. I know that I'll never get to the end of my life and wish I'd spent more time on the computer or cleaning my house instead of spending time with my family. It's hard to remember that when the house is all chaotic...but I just remind myself that it's not a big deal. It just isn't. My husband and children are, though.
Love ya!
Jan - Thanks for your sweet comment about my "fine art gallery" today on my blog. I love the idea too and since you are such an awesome grandmother (I can just "tell" these things) you should definitely copy it!
