Just Don't Tell Me!

Last night Chris, Natalie and kiddoes returned from the Idaho/Utah trip and brought us a box of [our favorite!] See's Candies. We love Mary See for sure. But as I dove into the box, the first thing that surfaced was this: "See's Candies Nutritional Statements". What???

Mary See, I do NOT want to know how many calories I consumed in my 30 second foray into your deliciousness. Don't tell me.

I. Do. Not. Want. To. Know. Keep it to yourself.

Jan, it was so good to see Natalie in Utah this week. She is one of my favorite people, ever. Thank you for sharing her with me!

I just read on her blog that you've spiffed up her house, and painted! What a great mother you are. What a great welcome home present!

Dang that Mary See - she just can't keep her mouth shut. I am so impressed with all the work you did at Natalies while they were gone. Care to visit SLC?

Oh please! Why do they have to put that stuff on the food we all love soooo much?

i don't know why they put "nutritional" information on candy. i think its pretty obvious how much nutrition candy has-none! thats why i like it:)

also, see's candies are the bomb!

You deserve all the calories you want for at least three days for cleaning up Natalies house and doing her painting and grocery shopping. Go ahead, enjoy!

Mmmm polar bear paws! I love those things. There is a See's shop about 5 minutes away. I have been carefully avoiding them. I agree with everyone else. You've worked so hard you deserve candy.

Yes - the nutritional info takes away fromt he enjoyment, huh. As if not knowing how many calories you're consuming makes it all ok.

I deliberately avoid that nutritional info. See's is one of our most favorite indulgences. It's the only thing I like about Valentines...my mom sends a box every year on V-day. And we have to pick up some soft-centers every time we're in Utah. Mmmmmm.

Enjoy them!

That's as bad as putting the nutritional information on mcdonald's stuff. i know i'm going to die from eating it, but let me go in peace, please!

That should be banned...chocolate and calories/ingredients listed together on the box!
